Staff lounge and kitchen

• Large TV for new lounge area
• TV stand
• New paint in lounge
• Tile floor for dining and cooking area
• Porch roof in front of lounge with ceiling fans

• Stainless steel hood with built in fire extinguisher for kitchen
• Vending machines for drinks and snacks
• Professional grade laundry equipment dedicated for housekeeping
• Construct entry to commissary (roof and concrete slab)

• Desks, filing cabinets and other office furniture

• New floor

Educational

• Kayaks, surfboards, small sailboats for educational projects
• Dedicated classroom for education projects

Landscaping

• More solar lights to lighten pathways without using power
• Pathways from dive locker to lounge and VIP area
• 3 flag poles for USA/Perry Institute for Marine Science/Bahamian flags on water front

Shipping

• 2 dedicated 40ft. containers/trailers for shipping

Labs

• Storage shelves for lab storage
• Renovation of main lab
